Leased to Lenovo and sold for $127 million within 15 months. • NASCAR Plaza - Off-market acquisition of a distressed 400,000 square foot office tower in Charlotte, North Carolina. Leased primarily to Chiquita and sold for $100 million after 2 years. • Swabia Court - Acquisition of a vacant 190,000 square foot property in Raleigh, North Carolina. Leased each building to a single user on a long-term basis and sold within 3 years.
