A.D.A.M. is a 3D bioprinting startup that develops a Point-of-Care Medical Device Production System for bone implants. While our first product lines will be bone implants, we are planning to expand the portfolio further to include other implants in the future. Our ultimate vision is to build an on-demand personalized tissue manufacturing platform that would be a one-stop shop for bioprinted tissues and organs; and, hence, to cut barriers to medical treatment for millions. A.D.A.M. is pioneering a service model, where the turnkey system will be installed and maintained by A.D.A.M. at the hospital for a monthly subscription fee. This specifically differentiates us from the current state of the market, significantly lowers the cost and paves the way for scaling of the platform to other markets by sector and geography. Currently there is no end-to-end solution for 3D printing in hospitals, and should the hospitals want such capability on-site they need to build it themselves. Setting up the Point-of-Care custom implant manufacturing process at the hospital is costly (>$1M), time-consuming (>2 yrs), and burdensome. The main issues of the existing approach arise due to its non-scalability - 3D companies are selling materials, printers and software separately. A.D.A.M.’s turnkey system that can be set up within 3 months, cut costs by >50%, increase profit/surgery, and generate additional revenues for hospital. A.D.A.M. has been featured in The Economist as “technology to watch in 2022” and became a Runner-Up for the 2023 Advanced Manufacturing Start-Up Technology Award.

People don’t own their data anymore and probably will never do in future. In essence this is an absurd situation. We don’t own ourselves. The implications are already huge - from consumer to political choices. Recent scandals and probes into data giants like Google and Facebook are making daily headlines. Some countries are already building digital dictatorships. More and more people, including governments are trying to balance the situation. However, most of the efforts are about adjusting to the current reality. Is there a way to shift the balance radically? So that people will have their fair share of the data economy benefits? The solution exists and it’s quite simple. We believe it’s quite trendy and nobody addresses the problem the way we do in such a simple user-friendly solution. https://payris.app/. We’ve recently launched in Washington DC.

For four years I have been a part of the Ukroboronprom team which successfully carried out profound reforms to upgrade the Company to new quality levels both domestically, and internationally. We updated management business practices, promoted cooperation with foreign partners, started exports of innovative products and launched imports of weapons for Ukraine from NATO countries. As part of the efforts I represented Ukraine as the Head of Ukraine’s delegation to the NATO Industrial Advisory Group (NIAG), and led the industry transformation initiatives and international relations. I see my personal best achievement in Ukroboronprom to be the introduction of the international independent audit that enabled the Company to change itself dramatically and attract foreign investors. The audit makes Ukroboronprom transparent and understandable worldwide and transfers it to the general rules in the defense sector. For Ukraine countering the Russian aggression it is a vital step which, I believe, will help to ultimately win it. I intend to use the expertise and experience I have obtained while working for Ukroboronprom in other projects in the defense sector. I’ve joined the Potomac Foundation, a U.S. non-for-profit organization engaged in assessing the defense sector, including the analysis of the military complexes in post-Soviet countries. I will focus on projects related to Ukraine's defense sector.
