The team was responsible for defining Uber's Competitive Strategy, coordinating and implementing strategic projects, gathering and processing market intelligence, and reporting to the Leadership Team of key insights and metrics. The team had a broad scope and comprised functions like pricing, incentives, product, marketing, public policy, safety and several others.

Worked closely with C-Suite executives and key stakeholders on deal issues around the company's economic value and its financial, regulatory, and commercial risks, as well as the strategy to achieve the overall business objectives. Coordinated diligence efforts across internal KPMG teams, including Integration / Separation, Commercial and Operational strategy, M&A Tax, IT, and HR. Rated as one of the top performers in my peer group of roughly 50 Managers and Directors.
