    As Full Payroll Analyst, I was responsible for merging Payleven and SumUp’s payroll processes and implemented a payroll software which led to several improvements on timesheet recording and monthly closing (from paper to fully digital), improved several processes (total digital admission, termination, automatic monthly report to accounting), created an interpreter to translate third-party payroll information to new software to be able to transfer historic data and led a team of 4 people during the project. Consistency during transition period: 99,9%. Final responsible for payroll.

    As Junior Finance Analyst, I was responsible for implementing an ERP, improvements on monthly closing & accounting procedures (automated the main process which used to take 2 days and now take 2 hours), automated treasury and reconciliation procedures, tax management and optimization (optimizations saved more than R$5 MM in ISS, and R$500k in PIS and COFINS), automated NFe storage and communication between Finance, external accounting firm and logistics department, inserted customer profitability analysis leading to several changes on processes across the whole company globally and followed audit processes. Started a recruiting process that already hired 10 employess between interns and analysts.
