A strategic and hands-on business partner, as well as interim CHRO in 2020, I was responsible for leading our HR Business Partner team as well as large scale, cross functional projects focused on diversity and inclusion, culture, engagement, compensation, retention, communications, and performance management. I was also tasked with bringing our company's strategy to life and scale with company-wide programs and projects. I served as the business partner to the amazing technical and product organization, the finance department and the HR team. As an HR Business Partner, I managed all HR related matters including organizational design, talent acquisition strategy, employee relations, compliance, risk management, performance management, strategic operating plans.
