Draper B1 is the Venture Capital Firm from Draper Venture Network for Southern Europe. We actually have over 20 million under management. Mainly invested in startups at Seed and pre-A stage. We look for great ambitous founders who aim to be global leaders. We provide capital and network to make that vision come true. Mainly focus on Spanish entrepreneurs who can then grow overseas, at Latam and/or US. Draper B1 was born as Bbooster Accelerator in October 2010, becoming the first accelerator program in Spain. In 2012 launched first fund and became regulated. 2016 launched second fund. 2017 was selected to be part of Draper Venture Network. 2019 Enrique became board member at Draper Venture Network. 2020 Bbooster Ventures Became Draper B1.

As Investments General Manager, I got information of new business opportunities on commercial and industrial real estate. Once we receive demand from commercial, logistic or industrial company, we work with them to offer a complete construction solution; we find the right location, optimize the project of the new placement, make the construction works and finally give them bright new finished installations. We are geographically focused on Spain, Portugal and North Africa.

As a department responsable at Valencia office, I coordinated operations on commercial Real Estate Investments. Primarly on Hotels and Office market.

Launching the first yacht rental marketplace on internet, Navelium.com. We reached agreements with the biggest yacht construction brands in order to have direct access to their pictures and quality of the product showed at the web. Also with major yacht owners in Mallorca, Catalonia and Valencia.

As an architect collaborator at SOUTO MOURA office, developed since the beggining different projects. Working mostly coordinating Braga Stadium west wing project for soccer European cup 2004. Project that has achieved most of the biggest prices on architecture.
