    From 2017 to 2020, I have achieved a 360° transformation of vision, strategy, business model, product ranges, go to market, organizations, culture,… Turned the business fully digital (stopped the print activity) leveraging a very resilient SAAS like subscription model; revamped and simplified the product portfolio across 3 lines of digital services including Presence, Web Sites and Digital Advertising; hired a very talented and united leadership team mobilizing and developing the 2500 employees; returned the Ebitda back to growth after a decade of decline; managed a deep organization restructuring to significantly reduce cost and enable agility; as a result of Covid sanitary crisis drove a financial restructuring enabling debt reduction.

I managed 1400 employees, and was proud to see Microsoft France win the prestigious "Best Place to Work" in France for many years and to see all time high scores in customer and partner satisfaction during my tenure. In this role I also led the deal to establish a public-private partnership with INRIA for research and development.

In this role I developed Compaq's France marketing strategy and managed a $30M budget for local advertising strategy, campaigns and agency. I lead of team of 40 marketing managers running local programs including sponsorships, and started Compaq France's Ecommerce marketplace.

    From 1996 - 1997, I was the Director of Market Development for Channel & SMB for EMEA. In this role, I led the redefinition of Compaq's channel strategy toward a hybrid model and managed relationships with channel partners across Europe, the Middle East & Africa. From 1993 - 1996, I was the Director of Marketing Communications for EMEA. In this role I defined regional marketing communications strategy and implemented it across Europe, Middle East & Africa. The scope included advertising and public relations strategy and sponsorships.
