  • Intern

    2014 - 2015

IVI International, Inc. is a technical consultancy comprised of engineers, architects, and project managers. The firm serves institutional mortgagees and equity investors with respect to their positions in real estate acquisitions and development participation, whether debt or equity. My summer intern experiences with this 200 person company ran the gamut of assisting the sales and marketing departments, preparing documents (fluent with Excel, Photoshop, Constant Contact, PR Newswire, and PRweb.com), assisted the business development team and architects & engineers with the taking of field measurements, assisted in conducting due diligence, zoning code analyses, and program management of portfolio assignments.
