The LTNtech Founders Incubator is a first-of-its-kind partnership between IHCC and 1871. The mission of the incubator is to create pathways for Latinx and underrepresented entrepreneurs to participate in and contribute to the tech and innovation economy. LTNtech Founders Incubator startups participate in a rigorous 12-week core curriculum that features four different “tracks” they can access depending on their stage: Explore, Build, Launch, and Grow. In addition, incubator companies benefit from constant feedback and networking with their Latinx peers, one-on-one coaching with the Latinx Incubator Entrepreneur-in-Residence, and curated sessions and resources dedicated to the unique experience of being a Latinx tech startup founder.
