Flavio joined Redpoint eventures as a Venture Capital investor. As the Corporate Venture Program leader, Flavio catalyzed Corporate LPs (Limited Partners) technological advancements by bringing together best practices learned from the startup ecosystem and designing new streamlined processes (building a solid pipeline with startups, new technologies, trends, and business models that can directly impact businesses and long-term goals).

Designed and led CUBO, a transformational project to foster entrepreneurship in Brazil that rapidly became the most relevant local ecosystem initiative, 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘏𝘶𝘣𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘰𝘭. With the support of Itaú Bank, Redpoint eventures, and 30+ big Companies, CUBO started in 2015 as a place for 250 entrepreneurs, which migrated in 2018 to a bigger space for 1250 entrepreneurs and more than 3000 people per day (entrepreneurs, investors, corporate executives, researchers, and students). CUBO is considered one of the biggest startup hubs worldwide and is recognized as the catalyzer of the Brazilian entrepreneurship ecosystem.
