    • Responsible for the accurate financial reporting of OneGoodLove.com. • Instrumental in the pitch and fundraising efforts for the Company • Oversee the financial, accounting, operations, customer service department, customer acquisition and business development functions. • Integrated ZenDesk for customer service team and customer feedback loop to ensure the online customer experience on OneGoodLove.com exceeded expectation. Established customer satisfaction metrics and reported to the team monthly. • Managed social media efforts and implemented HootSuite to monitor mentions of OneGoodLove.com in a positive or negative manner.     High-End Interior Design Firm with a Furniture and Fabric Manufacturing Company; Managed and established the new financial reporting process for all of the Michael S Smith Inc. and Michael Smith Personal business entities. Responsible for all Accounting, Business Development, Human Resource, Information Technology and Legal aspects of the Company. Negotiated and launched 7 new licensing deals for rugs, lighting, carpeting, tile, furniture & fabric and home fragrances. In addition, expanded our existing licensing deals to add new product lines and additional revenue. Increased licensing revenue by more than $1MM annually. Directed and lead efforts to increase sales of the Company from $18MM to $37MM in a 4 year time frame. Increased profitability of the Company 300% over the same period by implementing changes to operating procedures and accounting practices. Revamped the employee benefit package including adding vision insurance, long-term disability, life insurance and flex spending plans. In addition, changed the Company's SEP-IRA to a 401k and Profit Sharing Plan. Improved the management and operations of the Fabric & Furniture department which increased profitability 300%. In addition, introduced new product lines to the division which included leather, lighting and wall coverings which contributed to the increased revenue and profitability. Oversaw and managed the creation, design and launch of the www.michaelsmithinc.com Company website. Responsible for creating and managing the new branding identity of the Jasper Fine Furniture and Fabric division as well as the marketing and advertising efforts for the Company. Managed the creation of the second iteration of the website which included a proprietary technology to improve future sales of the Jasper products division. Implemented a new corporate structure for all the Michael Smith entities to improve the tax structure to Company's owner resulting in a tax savings of +30% annually.
