• Built the Bird service center app from the ground up to track, repair and maintain its massive fleet of last mile vehicles (we went to this from tracking on spreadsheets) • The workflows in this app cut down $Xmillion in repair/labor costs Learnt a ton about Android architecture, complex RxJava and how to (and how not to) build software. Experienced hyper growth as Bird exploded onto the map, enabled this growth by building the first several iterations of the service center and fleet tracking product for use in all markets Also worked on the Reliability and Mechanic Engineering teams from time to time

• Created a data analytics and warehousing solution for the interactive exhibits at the Hall of Human Life at the Museum of Science, Boston, including a real-time operations dashboard (Azure, Power BI) and an automatic anomaly detection system, trained using machine learning models • Microsoft and the Museum of Science called it a model for transformational corporate-civic partnerships on their respective blogs (linked below) • The museum can now draw insights about visitor interaction with its exhibits within the Hall of Human Life using data it gathers from visitors

• Kindle for Android • Created a framework to improve the navigational experience in Page Flip, and built its first iteration • The Page Flip feature for Kindle was launched in June 2016 and enabled non linear navigation in e-readers for the first time ever (think flipping through a textbook)
