Coordinated project to improve inventory control at national level. Developed an automated spreadsheet to increase accuracy and speed up routines using historical data to forecast consumption and consumable orders. Reduced costs by 10% and diminish stock breaks due to human error. 2. Diagnosed air-conditioning issues through data analysis. Proposed and supervised project to improve HVAC system. 40% reduction in support requests related to HVAC. 3. Developed workbook to automate reconciliation of payments at national level. Reduced daily activity time from 3h to 10 minutes.
