Founded a mental health tech app to improve relationships of young adults with their parents. Built an MVP, tested and decided to pause for now. Was a great experience of building a product from scratch, talking with users, finding the pain points and trying to improve lives. The educational part and convincing people to use the app were overwhelming and not scalable, at least at that point of time for me. It was a good feature, but not the full-package product. Why TieTrek? Tie = relationship, Trek = climbing the mountain as it is a hard path & homophone to track as in control/review

5 months consulting project in the team of 5 with the company Ahold on a subject : "How can Ahold increase the penetration of its online grocery service AH.nl among the age group of 65 years and over?". The project included desk research, quantitative and qualitative analysis and strategic recommendations. Several recommendations were approved by the management of Ahold for the implementation as pilots.
