  • Research Assistant

    2014 - 2015

Worked with phage display to discover cancer target specific peptides to be used with PET imaging. Grew and injected tumor cells into mice for bio-distribution studies. Progressed software used alongside an endoscopy to improve detection rates.

  • Laboratory Technician

    2013 - 2013

Performed enzymatic digestion studies to determine effect of sonication on chemical kinetics. Utilized LC-MS to quantitate protein digestions.

  • Programmer

    2012 - 2012

Converted raw mass spectrometry output files into summary reports to send back to companies. Also created an inventory and reagent database including barcode searches. Used Excel VBA.
