    P.S. Bridal is a seed stage consumer marketplace building the circular economy for the $44BN bridal industry. I joined the business in 2022 with co-founders Ella Gaskell & Zoe Graham. During 2022 we launched 4 x no-code prototypes to validate our market with 5,000 brides and identify the right business model. In April 2023 we launched our rental marketplace and have been revenue generating since day one. In September 2023 we were accepted into Techstars London Accelerator program. In January 2024 I stepped back from my operational role to support the business from the sidelines as Martin Ruzika was brought in as our CTO.

    Risika is one of Denmark's most exciting B2B FinTech's, raising Denmark's largest seed round of €5M. I was hired as a Product Coach to help identify & validate a small portfolio of ideas to drive revenue growth towards Series A funding. My role was to coach founders, leadership & cross-functional tech teams to adopt product best practices. I ran a product discovery & development program to create a market leading B2B credit automation product with 30 enterprise early-adopters, securing a large sales pipeline.

    Citycom Solutions is a RegTech providing solutions that address global regulatory communications requirements. I was asked to take on additional responsibilities by replacing the delivery lead for Citycom's legacy audio communication analytics platform. This platform needed to be redeveloped & integrated into the new ARC platform whilst servicing existing clients such as call centres. My role was to rapidly re-energise the ten person delivery team in the UK and execute a digital transformation roadmap, which we achieved in 6 months.

    I was initially hired to lead the development and launch of ARC - an AI-driven platform to identify non-compliant communications between capital markets traders at 5 large EU & US banks. I managed a 10 person delivery team in India to develop computer vision models in partnership with Tensor Go to analyse video communications from platforms like Zoom, Teams & WebEx.

    NPL Markets is a capital markets Fintech platform to help institutional investors, banks & brokers to manage €2TN in illiquid credit portfolios. We raised an initial £500k in pre-seed funding by signing Letters of Intent with 60 hedge funds using a non-functional design prototype. This funding enabled us to hire a lean 10 person team to build, launch & sell the first version of our marketplace to banks, brokers & institutional investors. After developing additional data, portfolio analytics & reporting modules into our platform & acquiring 150+ customers - we raised a further £2.5M seed round to scale the business. I built our product organisation and led product vision, strategy & execution to deliver a portfolio of complex data-driven products.

    Formulate Digital is a small web & mobile development agency. I was promoted to manage end-to-end product development of a range of new and legacy products for B2B & B2C users for companies such as RBS, L’Oreal, Asahi, London Stock Exchange, Department for Education, TP-ICAP, Grolsch and more. I managed our P&L with the agency founders. We grew revenue 25% by firstly implementing new ways of working to reduce delivery timeframes & optimise the number of projects we could undertake with our existing team. We then expanded our client base to create a solid pipeline of business.

    LiqudityChain was a capital markets Fintech bond trading platform, part of TP-ICAP Group. I was responsible for launching the first version of the platform to inter-dealer broking desks at TP-ICAP. I ran product discovery & business development activities whilst seconded to the broking desks at TP-ICAP to help build liquidity in the platform and drive product development. After achieving initial success, the platform struggled to gain the traction and was eventually mothballed.
