Lightspeed Venture Partners is a global multistage venture capital firm with a 20 year history backing incredible founders. During my tenure at Lightspeed, I led 8 investments at Seed and Series A, across enterprise and consumer.

Vice President, Global Business Development & Platform

2010 - 2016

I built and led the organization responsible for Twitter's global strategic partnerships across both consumer and enterprise. I joined Twitter in the first few hundred employees and led critical initiatives that accelerated our growth to a 5000+ employee public company. My organization drove distribution and growth partnerships for many of Twitter's core consumer products. We also built the enterprise Data Licensing and API business from the ground up to generate hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. I recruited a global organization full of talented leaders including VPs, GMs and Directors whose teams were responsible for all aspects of Business Development & Partner Management, Enterprise Sales and Account Management, Marketing, Product Management, Developer Relations, Partner Engineering, Data Science, Corp Strategy and more.

I joined Netflix to build out the early streaming partnerships and products. We partnered deeply with chip, OEM / ODM, OS, cable / telco, gaming and retail / ecomm companies to launch Netflix streaming for tens of millions of consumers within two years.
