    2017

I lead design for Madrona Venture Labs, a startup studio based in Seattle and housed at Madrona Venture Group. From napkin to traction, we build meaningful companies from scratch. Then, we recruit founding CEOs and their teams to take these companies to the next level. We consider dozens of ideas; only a precious few survive our rigorous testing and validation process. Successful ideas get access to seed capital from Madrona and others, and guidance from the top minds in the Seattle startup ecosystem.
