This transformation involved reinvigorating our organizational culture and establishing a robust, performance-driven environment. In tandem, we initiated several pivotal product and technology initiatives. We embarked on a journey to modernize our user experience, prioritizing engagement for both users and builders alike. This effort included a strategic shift towards cloud-native architecture, enhancing performance and innovation velocity. Additionally, we strategically acquired Cloudpipes, an integration platform, augmenting our capabilities in integration and workflow automation. This acquisition accelerated our expansion efforts and fortified the strategic depth of our client relationships. During my leadership, Quickbase experienced remarkable revenue growth, surging from under $100M in ARR to nearly $200M in ARR.
