It is responsible for managing the 90 acre Campus which is part of a State owned park covering 434 acres on the Olympic Peninsula. The PDA manages over 100 historical buildings including large and small homes for rent, individual dorm rooms and hotel facilities. Additionally, the PDA offers meeting rooms of a variety of sizes, performance venues and art, sculpture, woodworking and educational facilities. Dining is available in a variety of venues including large scale banquet, canteen, café and bar facilities. The PDA manages a budget of over $3mm annually.
