Drove revenues from $2M to $23M within six years. - Expanded the company from 15 to 240 people during tenure; opened offices in New York, Chicago, and San Francisco. - Architected strategy for the company to become the #1 Search Marketing company at the time. Sat on the Board of Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO), an organization with members in 50+ countries and in pursuit of the mission of helping search professionals develop and grow in their careers. Eventually went on to become the Chairman of SEMPO. - Transitioned from managing the business to serving as the face of the organization after other rounds of funding and multiple acquisitions. Sat on Technology Advisory Councils of Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo! alongside other agency and technology company presidents.
