A company dedicated to transforming your moments into memories. • Co-founder and Chief architect for an HTML5 web based and mobile cloud application that automatically generates video from user uploaded photos synchronized to the beat of the music. • Led the development team using agile lean methodologies. Facilitated stand-ups, retrospectives and iteration planning virtually using tools such as Leankit, Trello, Basecamp, Google apps and GitHub. • Setup and managed servers in AWS cloud environment, managed deployments, and prepared application for auto-scaling based on demand. • Built a custom reporting application integrating data using Google analytics APIs and data collected by the Evver platform. Utilized customizable reports to measure success against the business model and Evver's key performance metrics. • Performed role as product owner. Established and conducted customer feedback interviews and surveys. Consolidated data into centralized location and championed using customer feedback to prioritize list of product features and enhancements and fine tune the user experience. • Developed patentable algorithms to automatically generate videos from photos while syncing to the beat of the music and applying effects. • Helped secure round of angel funding by building a working prototype in less than a month. • Doubled user growth month over month. Helped define marketing strategies aligning product marketing with external marketing efforts. Promoted the Evver brand by attending technical and startup focused meetups as well as credible startup conferences such as the Colorado Capital Conference.
