Joined the company a year after it was founded, and served in various roles including pricing, business planning, sales operations, corporate M&A, international expansion, and product development. USi was acquired by AT&T.

Advised bank senior management in implementation of recommendations and compliance. Led supervision improvement team that reformed examination techniques to detect lending discrimination.

    As change agent, implemented empowerment plan enabling residents of a 200 family, low-income urban housing community to achieve affordable home ownership and economic independence.
