As a senior consultant within the Business Engagement group I’m responsible for business analysis and consulting at Monster EU as well as Monster globally. I’m helping the businesses in guiding requirements definition, properly translating business needs into tangible IT deliverables and scheduling for the timely delivery of technology solutions against the IT Roadmap.

At the beginning my goal was to build a team that would assume development and support of all Adcomms and Directional Marketing business systems controlled by either external vendors (India) or by other dev teams in the US. My duties included: - Communication with production teams and business leaders for EU, NA and AP regions - Estimating scope of work and cost of all tech work on projects - Managing a team of programmers and designers and determining use of technologies in projects. - Responsible for hiring for my team. I hired everyone on my team + 5 people who reported directly to dev VP - Employee ranking, setting personal goals, performance reviews, managing salary increases - In 2005 I and my team assumed full control of ad production systems development projects for Monster EU/JobPilot businesses. My responsibilities included .Project Management, Business Requirements management, SW development processes management, Quality management and system architecture.
