    • Responsible for identifying and cultivating institutional limited partners for investment in SVB limited partnerships, raised first institutional investor backed venture capital fund of funds for Silicon Valley Bank and directly sourced $1.3 billion of SVB Capital’s $2.3 billion third-party funds under management. Relationships include family office, foundation, endowment, pension as well as international limited partners. • Developed and executed strategic plan for building SVB’s funds management business, with initial emphasis on developing limited partner relations within the foundation and endowment community and subsequently internationally. • Initiated and developed SVB Capital’s engagement with leading domestic and international consultant communities, including Albourne, Cambridge Associates, Mercer, NEPC, and Russell, among others. • Created targeted events to enhance relationships with Limited Partners and position SVB Capital as the venture capital thought leader within the LP community, including SVB Capital’s LP Forum, CONNECT Hawaii, and Australian Innovation Dinner Series. • Responsibilities included sourcing, performing due diligence, and monitoring investments in SVB Strategic Investors Fund, a venture capital fund of funds. Managed high performing team of three lending professionals plus cash management and support staff. • Responsible for debt structuring as well as implementation of cash management and investment programs for start-up and emerging growth technology companies. • Structured transactions covering a broad range of requirements, including domestic and foreign working capital, equipment lease, vendor lease, acquisition, and mezzanine financing.
