South by Southwest® (SXSW) celebrates the convergence of the interactive, film, and music industries. Each year the producers curate outstanding opportunities for global professionals at every level to participate, learn, and network. If you've never been, you should go. As a member of the advisory board, I contribute my voice to help steer programming and the overall direction of the interactive conference. Having worked inside SXSW before, I have a great deal of respect for everyone that produces the conference and the festival. It's a non-trivial feat of strength year in and year out. https://www.sxsw.com/

Capital Factory is the center of gravity for entrepreneurs in Texas. It's where the best entrepreneurs in Austin go to find their first investors, mentors and customers. It's been a great privilege to advise some of their companies, to participate in their events, and to be part of their growing community. First Austin, now Texas, then the world. https://www.capitalfactory.com/

JDI is a boutique consultancy that brings emerging technologies to market. As a member of the founding team, I cut my teeth with these fine people over the better part of a decade. I owe all of my success today to them—everything I learned, every door that opened. I’ll always be eternally grateful. JDI is one of those rare companies that actually takes being mission-driven seriously. They are on a mission to leave the world better than they found it by making sure the best ideas get the attention they deserve. For anyone looking for a partner, they carry my highest endorsement. http://www.jones-dilworth.com

South by Southwest® (SXSW®) Conference & Festivals celebrate the convergence of the interactive, film, and music industries. They curate excellent opportunities for global professionals at every level to participate, learn, and network. While there, I booked influencers, directors, actors, digerati, and press for the Charlie Rose-style interview series called Studio SX during the Film and Interactive conferences. I also hung out with Paul Rudd and Jason Segal, which was pretty rad. I've been a formal and informal advisor to SXSW ever since I left. It's still my favorite time of the year. https://www.sxsw.com/

GamePlan was a digital agency focused on mobile, live, and online experiences. It's best known for producing the South Padre Music Festival. It's also where I hung out with Willie Nelson and his family band, one of my all-time favorite musicians.
