I am responsible for UX research, product, design, data, and engineering. 2017: re-built engineering team 2018: engineered business pivot from fully integrated pharmacy to pharmacy platform 2019+: building and scaling products and experiences for pharmacies, patients, and life science companies Since our pivot at end of 2018, we have grown gross-merchandise-value (GMV) from 0 to $3B run-rate at end of 2023. We are now serving ~2M patients per year. We have done so with an empowered team of less than 40 people across all of product organizations, and about 100 people in all of NimbleRx.
