    Primary responsibilities included overseeing the day-to-day management of 500’s Annual Partnerships Program. Program designed to build relationships between corporate sponsors and the startups based on product offerings, & authentic partnerships. 500 Startups strategically partners with companies that are interested in being a part of the 500 process, working with portfolio companies to achieve what they otherwise couldn't on their own. Management includes: • Collaborating with partners annually in negotiating the terms of their contracts to ensure they are in the best interest of both parties and then oversee the relationship to confirm the terms are satisfied. • Working closely with the 500 accelerator teams to arrange partner sessions, providing our partners the opportunity to share content that is relevant to the growth & development of early-stage startups and address any challenges they may be facing. The sessions act as an introduction between our partners and founders, and encourage one-on-one office hours. • Facilitating one-on-one meetings (office hours) between our partners and startups where partners undertake a mentor role that is key in developing/building relationships with founders. • Managing the Founder Rewards Platform, intended to give great deals from partners and other ecosystem companies. Platform counts 2,500 founders.
