I am an advisor to numerous startups, and serve on the Board of Advisors at the Lowell Milken Business Policy Institute at the UCLA School of Law and the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at the Stanford Law School. I am also serving on a UC Regents Special Committee revising technology transfer policies at the University of California campuses. I am also a part time faculty member at the UCLA School of Law teaching Silicon Valley Law to upper division law students, and a guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
