As the General Partner, I lead Acronym's day to day activities and operations including evaluating startups, assisting current portfolio companies, LP relationships, and developing our network. Acronym Venture Capital is a multi stage venture capital firm investing in early execution across Late Seed and Early A rounds. Acronym is an opportunistic fund investing into B2B software with a focus on Fin Tech, Hospitality Tech, Prop Tech, Workflow, E-commerce Infrastructure and Omni-channel consumer brands that have achieved at least $1m in ARR. We lead, co-lead, and participate in rounds, only investing in companies where we can leverage our network for significant post-investment value add. Encouraging and enabling direct contact between our LPs and our portfolio companies and recruiting the best advisors to make our portfolio companies successful in both fundraising and execution are top priorities. Sharing deal flow, due diligence and syndicating with early stage VCs, local and national angel groups, and independent strategic investors is a unique aspect that we employ to ensure all our selected companies receive the proper funding, relationship and customer commitments. We will not respond to funding requests via LinkedIn. Please note that we do not fund companies that touch MUSH = Municipality, utility, schools or hospitals, thus no Edtech, Healthcare/tech, biotech, energy, solar etc, no creative projects like films or music, or restaurants.
