2007: Client Partner • Hired as 5th person in NYC office to inspire, evangelize and empower partners to maximize Facebook's evolving platform and audience base. 2008-2012: First Facebook New York Manager • Built, managed and mentored FB's first $100m office • Managed and lead teams to achieve or surpass goal 25 out of 28 quarters. • YoY Growth exceeding 100% for 5 consecutive years 2012 - 2015: Group Director, Telco Industry Head • Managed $125m of growth in 18 mo period across a 20 person team • Drove strong cross functional partnerships internally and externally across the vertical; including Mobile Partnerships, Research, Global Creative Services and Facebook’s PMD Partnerships teams. • Managed high growth across the vertical during the 12 month launch of the FB Home phone 2015-2016: Atlas - Group Agency Lead, WPP & IPG; US Point of Contact • Co-created US Org design, Scaled recruitment strategy and implementation to double US org, Established team brand and mission over 6 mo, Completed GroupM and IPG MSA's.
