    -Responsible for the preparation and follow up of budgets/forecasts for new acquisitions, companies, and consolidating them by business unit (Home Guatemala). -Responsible for the full understanding and presentation of financial statements related to the BU, as well as comparative analysis on the performance of individual products that comprise the Business Unit, and the performance of the BU as a whole. -Responsible for the final figures, indicators, budget, key performance indicators, as well as the preparation and consolidation of the monthly presentation for the regional managers. -Team management responsibilities include the coordination of each area of the Home Business Unit to ensure to proper execution of budget, analysis of each individual areas performance; coordination, participation and close monitoring after the reporting of monthly figures to the BU director, of POAS (points of action) or new projects undertaken in order to improve both the financial and commercial aspects of the business.
