Leading the R&D and marketing departments. Took the company from approx. €5M in revenue to €20M and from 20 employees to 80, while winning several accolades for best employer, best fast growing company, family friendly workplace and best on-line service and/or website.

Managing the leading provider of domain registration, web hosting and development of internet projects. Led the restructuring from a classic outsource agency to an added value development partner. This paid off heavily during the 2008-2011 financial crisis, which didn't slow down growth of the company. On the domain registration and web hosting side led the project of implementing an advanced IT system, which enabled the company to introduce new products to the market, which weren't available before. The company won several accolades for best employer, family friendly workplace and best on-line service (also for its clients).
