    Quixey was a search technology company, focusing on app search and deep linking. I was the first business hire, and joined when we were 3 people. I hired and scaled our marketing team to include communications, events, design, and product marketing. We drove 10+ global partnerships, $100M+ in venture funding, and over 200 hires. Collaborated virtually with our team in the Philippines to create a framework for measuring and analyzing the capacity of 1,000 employees. Designed and implemented new process charts to accommodate Health Care Reform changes. Created a Quality Assurance method to track the monthly audits of 5,000-10,000 Accounts Receivable.
