    2020

Drawing from a diverse career of Mergers & Acquisitions investment banking, international executive recruiting, investment management and venture capital, I've been privileged to get a backstage view of high-end professionals who've beaten tremendous odds to get to where they are, the common ways they get "stuck" and understand effective strategies to help them climb into the top 1% of their vocation. The things that got you where you are, won't get you to where you want to be. There's a comfortable frustration if you're being paid well, but unable to break into the next echelon, while you watch others with less experience/ knowledge/ education get promoted, or secure positions which eluded you. My coaching has been described as "blunt compassion" - our goal is to efficiently identify and resolve deep-seated issues which have been holding you back. We know swift progress is more uncomfortable than slow progress, but we believe the sooner we crack the barnacles that are dragging your career, the longer you have can enjoy the income and productivity commensurate with the full potential of your talents and abilities. The end result is having a fine-tuned and granular understanding of your true strengths (which we will help you sharpen) and natural weaknesses (which we will work to minimize, and help you steer clear of situations where such deficits will be vocationally-costly).
