Training and onboarding are essential to employee and company success. 2020 - 2021

  • Chief Executive Officer

    2020 - 2021

Millions of small businesses drive the American economy. However, the barrier for entry is inundated with complicated processes, confusing rules, and expensive lawyers. I founded WizForm to help lower the barrier to entry for entrepreneurs, starting with entity formation and incorporation. WizForm is a software product that automates the process of incorporation for Sole Proprietors, LLCs, S-Corps, and C-Corps. Coming from a family of small business owners, I wanted to build an experience that was clear, efficient, and affordable. What we accomplished: • Highlighted up and coming small business owners across the country • Hosted a "Build Your Dream" competition that had 6,000 voters participate and 3 entrepreneurs awarded $10,000 each. • Helped demystify the incorporation process for over 500 people • Partnered with Clearco, a $2 billion company, to streamline incorporation for their users • WizForm's software & process were sold to Clearco in August 2021.
