As part of the executive team, I built and led the Marketing, HR, Recruiting, Finance, Legal and Business Operations functions as the company scaled from seed stage to post Series A.

I worked across the organization to lead and drive strategic projects and company operations. Key projects included leading the roll out of a new company goals process, aligning functional goals and cross functional initiatives and leading the day to day of the leadership team's operations and communication. I led and managed the Recruiting, Customer Support and People Operations teams.

Senior Manager, Platform Marketing & Programs

2013 - 2015

Led the Platform Business team including platform marketing, developer programs and partnerships. Created and led Box Dev, Box's first stand alone developer conference, with over 1,000 developers. Managed several programs and partnerships to engage the developer ecosystem and attract more devs to build on the Box Platform. Launched new platform products including Box View, Box Metadata and Box Developer Edition.

Marketing Manager

2007 - 2013

Worked across various teams within marketing including Corporate Communications, Platform Marketing and Recruiting Programs Marketing. Led the team that managed all marketing efforts for recruiting, including messaging, employment branding and events for the 250+ recruiters around the world. Led co-marketing efforts with various partners, including Skype, Bing, Pinterest, Spotify and others. Managed communications strategy and execution for various launches around engineering, open source projects, corporate initiatives, user growth and infrastructure.
