Global Real Estate Operations

• Executed and assisted on a multitude of real estate projects in a fast-paced environment with no margin for error • Supported senior staff in developing and implementing high-level strategy for internal real estate based on projected office growth 
 and new market opportunities • Validated and streamlined all BCG real estate data into a Lucernex database, reducing manual inputs by 20+ hours per week • Aided in the strategy, development, and transition to utilizing Lucernex as the single source of data for the real estate portfolio • Produced training material and developed a website for internal employees detailing Lucernex’s capabilities, user engagement, and 
 workflow, leading to rapid and smooth implementation of the software

Dialogue of A Civilization

• Four week program exploring the process of innovation and commercialization through engaging with industry greats including Microsoft, Amazon, Zillow and Starbucks • Learned opportunity concept development processes, prototype design process, complimented by business modeling and strategies • Developed and 3D printed a digital pen with encryption and bluetooth capabilities for Microsoft and presented to Microsoft and Amazon employees

• Welcomed all guests into the restaurant, ask them if they have any questions or in need of any recommendations while taking their orders • Bussed tables and check on guest periodically to ensure they are enjoying their experience and asking if they are in need of any- thing else • Expedited the food ensuring that the food is successfully and properly presented then direct other employees to give the food to the correct guests • Assumes extra tasks such as training and interviewing new hires, opening and closing the restaurant, cleaning the restaurant and kitchen ensuring all food and cutlery are cleaned out of the dish pit
