    As an entrepreneurial Climate Change enthusiasts with deep experience in the fields of Carbon Emissions Reductions ,I led an iconic clean cooking based carbon projects in Rwanda with over 2.3M beneficiaries in rural Rwanda.My key mandate was managing all aspects of our carbon work, including the participatory design of carbon projects, guiding field teams in the design and implementation of our CER pilots, developing robust monitoring and verification processes, managing carbon project certification, and supporting CER financing and sales.     o In-charge of all retail operations in Rwanda including, partners’ relationship management, customer service, supply chain, in-charge of P&L, senior team recruiting, interviewing, training, motivation for over 50 multi-cultural staff in Rwanda. o Excelled in training senior managers to increase their stores sales productivity and profitability. o Successfully implemented launch of new product-lines while exceeding weekly sales revenue by at least 35%. o Worked with multiple levels of clients and internal management levels to ensure satisfactory customer service while meeting fiscal obligations.     o Generated new clients using a personal, face-to-face and relationship building approaches that built trust and emphasized personal customers service. o Booked 5-10 prospect meetings per week through cold calling (60-80 dials per day); thereby closing at least 6 sales deals weekly o Explained about the extensive Portfolio of Insurance Products, Variable Life Products and Mutual Funds to the customers. o Formulated asset allocation strategies and developed proprietary investment models for client portfolios. o Assisted clients in taking full advantage our medical, pensions and life cover solutions to deepen the relationship and offer better client satisfaction. o Gathered prospect financial data and developed comprehensive client financial plans modelling using Financial Goal Analysis tool.
