    • Established in 1983, federal, regional, and local award-winning izzi EE is San Mateo County’s leading comprehensive Head Start and Early Head Start program, providing a rich learning environment designed to address low-income children's health needs while stimulating their rapid educational and developmental growth for school readiness, and educating and supporting their families. With a budget of $18M, a diverse staff of more than 100 professionals, izzi EE services close to 800 children and families each year across 14 unique schools and complementary home-based services. • Led izzi EE’s Board of Directors restructuring and development, promoted the adoption and led the Board’s contribution in long range strategic planning and full rebranding processes, supported headquarters, classrooms and sites maintenance and expansions projects, promoted the hiring of a fundraising and grant-writing team for the development of individual donors, private charitable foundations and corporations, and the implementation of a sliding scale pricing structure opening the organization to private families to extend social and income diversity among kids and diversify its revenues sources.
