SeedStep Angels is a network of SEC-accredited high net-worth individuals and organizations that invest in early stage companies. I also served on the investment team for the Oklahoma Angel Fund I, a private investment fund that invested in seed/growth stage companies. As a Venture Advisor, I worked with early stage companies to analyze market opportunities, develop business strategies, hone in on competitive advantages, prepare investor presentations, model financial projections, and structure capital raises.

Participated on safety and soundness examinations of community and regional banking organizations. I evaluated banking organizations' financial condition, operational and lending functions, and risk management practices. On various examinations I was the Asset Manager where I oversaw a team of loan reviewers who assessed the asset and credit quality of banking institutions’ loan and investment portfolio.
