    Developed a recruiting program that ran three times a year and resulted in recruiting over 150 qualified candidates; organized and participated in the company’s diversity Job Fairs; within one year, successfully turned around two of the lowest profit-margin accounts into becoming top accounts; counseled candidates on employee relation matters, which contributed to an improved working relationship between candidate and client; assisted in developing and implementing an in-house training curriculum for sales and clerical staff.
