    Dr. Nguyen has over 15 years experience in all aspects of business development and capture management under Federal Government contracts. Managed proposal efforts and negotiated Teaming Agreements. Played a key role in winning 17 of the company’s IDIQ Federal Government Contracts, as well as numerous task orders. These contracts diversified Pragmatics business base into several Civilian Agencies (Treasury, Justice, Commerce, and Labor) and DoD Activities (Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), USTRANSCOM, Air Force Communications Agency, NSA). Led the successful capture of all four of DISA’s major service vehicles (NexGen, Encore, I-ASSURE, and GEMS), which established Pragmatics as a major DISA partner and diversified Pragmatics service offerings into Information Assurance and Program Management. Led successful capture efforts of Encore I tasks in Denver, CO and St Louis, MO, which diversified Pragmatics outside of the National Capitol Region. He has managed testing and software development projects. He has led Mergers and Acquisitions and Leadership Development initiatives.
