    • Business Strategy - Development Stage Distributed Clean Energy Company - Successfully collaborated with company executives and advisors to develop cohesive business strategy, projections, and financial strategy. The resulting novel pricing and business strategy lead to the signing of several long term contracts; installation began in first quarter 2009. • Recapitalization - 42 Unit Franchise - Drafted projections, performed industry research and worked closely with principals to structure and execute recapitalization of 42 unit franchise retiring $3.2 million of high yielding preferred units and replacing with debt, common equity, and revenue participation. • Acquisition - 23 Unit QSR Franchise - Performed industry research, financial analysis, due diligence, projections, and worked with principals to structure and execute purchase of $15.5 million 23 unit quick service restaurant franchise. Transaction consisted of debt, preferred equity, and common equity. • Business Strategy – Development Stage Healthy Sweetener Company – Performed industry research and developed modeling and projections for the rollout of the Natural Sweetener product. During due diligence discovered significant flaws in the company strategy and collaborated with stakeholders develop an alternate strategy for successful development of the concept. Lead team consisting of company executives to develop and write a business plan that was successful in signing a significant strategic partner. Collaborated with the management team to develop marketing and presentation materials used for investor presentations and presentations to retailers leading to the product being carried in more than 2000 retail outlets.
