As Chief Customer Officer at Okta, Krista was charged with enabling and growing Oktas customer base. In this role she built Okta’s education, professional services, technical support, customer success, renewals, and customer experience teams. She was instrumental in building the company culture of ‘Love our Customers’ and helped grow the company from 150 to 2,300 employees and from $20M to $580M in annual recurring revenue. She led the customer team through Okta’s successful IPO in 2017.
