Specific projects included addressing issues relative to an investor’s purchase of financial institution distressed assets from the RTC/FLSIC; issues relative to an initial public offering (IPO) of a Latin American company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and compliance and valuation issues relevant to a $200 MM estate.
