    #1 Sales Engagement Platform

2014 - 2016

  • President, ATL Chapter

    2014 - 2016

Inside sales as a solution and profession has grown by massive leaps. I partnered with AAISP to help a) organizations thrive from their inside sales investments and b) help sales executives find success in their inside sales leadership.

2012 - 2013

  • Co-founder

    2012 - 2013

Worked with Kevin OMalley and Anand Thaker to create a conference for B2B revenue generating professionals. We hosted six events around the US gathering hundreds of individuals to connect, share ideas, and collaborate. I cherish the relationships I built and the lessons I learned through this time.

2010 - 2011

  • Vice President, Marketing

    2010 - 2011

NanoLumens designs & builds the world's largest flexible video displays. I joined the sales team pre-revenue and grew significantly in my time there. I learned a significant amount on CRM, Marketing Automation, Inside Sales, and most importantly the problems sellers faced. I left NanoLumens to start SalesLoft and solve those problems.

2009 - 2011

  • Founder

    2009 - 2011

This is my first real business. Founded a company deploying digital gaming machines & place-based advertising to restaurants, sports bars, and pubs. At one point in time, I owned and operated the video games inside of 45 sports bars. I learned a few important lessons: 1. I want to run a company that helps the people I understand best and the ones I care to serve deeply 2. I wanted to invent something new vs replicating a current business idea and making it better 3. I want to do something I'll be passionate about 40 years from now 4. I don't want to be in a 'cash business'

  • Recruiter

    2005 - 2008

Four months out of school, I escaped the career path of investment banking and found my passion in emerging technology. I joined up with a boutique recruiting & professional services outfit inside of Georgia Tech's ATDC building. I was the first non owner/partner hire for RP and helped them grow the business significantly over my four year term. Cutting my teeth in B2B sales, was able to turn spirited cold calling into a relationship sales and account management career. Built life long skills in executive and technical recruiting, team leadership, etc. Our location at Technology Square provided insight and relationships with angel investors, serial entrepreneurs, inventors, venture capitalists, and the ATDC incubator. I couldn't have gotten where I am today without the experiences from this company. Revelation Partners is now recognized as eHire.com. Specific accomplishments: • Founded the Communications & Electronics practice. • Provided engineering solutions and completed search engagements in web software, media, chip/circuit board design, embedded software, mobile design/development, QA/verification & production test services. • Generated substantial new corporate account relationships from scratch and provided custom-tailored fulfillment services in the form of hardware/software development/integration and completed search engagements. • Hired, trained, led, and mentored staff, and served ownership with advice for specific growth strategies and tactical business decisions.
