ProSites was acquired by The Riverside Company (private equity firm) in June 2013.

Execusite Co-Founder

2001 - 2002

Joined Wolters Kluwer as part of a multi-million dollar acquisition of Execusite. Led the successful transition of Execusite into CCH Incorporated, a Wolters Kluwer business that provides software and information services to tax, accounting and audit workers. During engagement with CCH, also played a key role in developing their CompleteTax website, an online tax preparation service that provides taxpayers with a convenient, easy-to-use tax filing system.

Co-Founder & CEO

1997 - 2001

Built Execusite from initial concept to multi-million dollar acquisition. Pioneered the concept of a database-driven website solution that gave average users control over their website without any requisite knowledge of web design. Grew Execusite into the premier website solution for the accounting world with thousands of users nationwide. In addition to creating all design specifications for the content management system (CMS), was also a key contributor of the Execusite content library. Execusite merged with Website Pros in January 2000 at the height of the dot com era and was later repurchased in December 2000. Execusite was acquired by Wolters Kluwer, a multi-billion dollar global information services and publishing company, in December 2001.

Business Development

2000 - 2000

Joined Website Pros (now Web.com) as part of a merger with Execusite. Directed continual enhancements of the Execusite platform in addition to performing business development. Landed key endorsements including the California Society of CPAs, the nation’s largest statewide association of CPAs. Repurchased Execusite from Website Pros during the bust cycle of the dot com era.

Owner

1995 - 1999

After becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1994, launched a full service tax and accounting firm with a focus on businesses and high net worth individuals. While growing a successful accounting practice also launched Execusite (the nation’s first website solution for accounting professionals). Sold accounting practice and joined Website Pros in conjunction with their acquisition of Execusite.

Responsible for a variety of tax and auditing engagements, including the preparation of complex corporate, partnership and individual returns. Financial audits of corporations, cities and non-profit entities.

Senior Tax Consultant

1987 - 1990

Responsible for the supervision and preparation of corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns as well as the preparation of individual returns for high net worth individuals. Performed complex tax research projects for clients in diverse industries.
