Scout and undertake deep due diligence for pre-seed and seed-stage deep tech (science anchored, research-based) investments. Where the startup team needs support in strategic planning, market validation, financial modelling or team build-out, I took a hands-on approach in supporting them. I provided strategic guidance, competitive landscape oversight, talent development and governance through Board roles in investee companies. I packaged several key processes into an executive education program for entrepreneurs and a train the trainer program for university technology transfer professionals, enabling them to conduct robust and unbiased market validation.
