(NYSE: SWCH) with partners DigitalBridge, >$10 billion enterprise value - 2019: Acquisition of a 50% stake in Impala, a diversified portfolio of copper, zinc and lead concentrate terminal infrastructure assets. Partnered with Trafigura, a premier global trader in copper, zinc and lead - 2018 / 2022: Acquisition of a 37.5% stake in GCT, a multi-billion dollar enterprise value container terminal operator with operations in North America. >$1 billion enterprise value sale of GCT USA assets to CMA CGM Group. - 2016 / 2019: Acquisition of a 25% stake and a further 25% follow on investment in VTTI, a portfolio of refined product marine storage terminals operating on 5 continents.
